Training information
Middle School Train for Tryouts April 8th 6:00-8:00 and April 12th 10:00-12:00
- This is for new players or players who have not played during the school off season
- This will focus on fundamentals and preparation for tryouts
- We focus on the "ACE" principle; Attitude, Communication, and Effort
- This open to the first 20 players that register and pay
- Training will be held at the Mike Daniel recreation center, 1220 Lafayette Pkwy

Training information
High School Train for Tryouts April 26th 10:00-12:00 and April 29th 6:00-8:00
- This is for players who have not played during the school off season
- This will focus on reviewing the fundamentals
- Fast paced, with an emphasis on getting as many touches as possible
- You will be challenged to be prepared for tryouts
- We focus on the "ACE" principle; Attitude, Communication, and Effort
- This open to the first 20 players that register and pay
- Training will be held at the Mike Daniel recreation center, 1220 Lafayette Pkwy
